1. All Master, Visa, Debit/ Credit Cards are accepted for transactions on the payment gateway available through the G-TEC website. G-TEC also provides option of Net Banking / Wallets / Cash Cards / IMPS as listed on the PNB website and made available to us through worldline the service provider for PNB.

2. G-TEC does not engage in direct retail activities. Payment gateway on the G-TEC website is being provided by PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK / Worldline.

3. At no point must the individual disclose his/her Debit/ Credit card number, date of expiry or the CVV number/Bank Accounts details over the call to anyone.

4. Payment should be made through Debit/ Credit Card having a 3D secure password only.

5. Remitter must verify the payment head and the relevant sub head, before making the payment.

6. All payments made is non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. The success and failure of online transaction is at the sole discretion of the account holding organization. G-TEC assumes no responsibility for any dispute. G-TEC shall not be responsible for any fraudulent or disputed transactions. Any/all disputes regarding any online transactions made through the G-TEC website must be resolved by payer directly with their respective Bank/ Card issuer/Account holding organizations. You agree that, you will not make G-TEC a party to any such dispute. G-TEC shall not be liable to you/ cardholder/Account holder for any consequence arising out of any fraudulent or disputed transactions.

8. By making a Payment over the G-TEC website, you thereby agree to comply with all terms and conditions laid down by G-TEC from time to time. You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless G-TEC and its officers / employees, business affiliates, from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from your or any third party’s use (or misuse) of the Payment facility available over the G-TEC website.

9. By making any online payment, you are agreeing that there shall be no charge back in respect of any transaction done on the relevant G-TEC website under the assigned email ID. Website: www.gteceducation.com

10. G-TEC reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Payment facility or to withdraw it completely.

Payer's undertaking

All persons making payment online must carefully read the instructions issued from G-TEC Admin office from time to time and further agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the company before making online payment transaction. It is understood that a person engaging in online payment transaction has read and understood the rules & regulations. G-TEC is not liable to refund any excess/unidentified payments made towards program/course/examination or any other fees. Such excess fees may be utilized for any other applicable services (as allowed by G-TEC) by the payer in the same financial year subject to the admin office approval. Jurisdiction. All disputes between the payer and the company (G-TEC ), including any dispute relating to payment, refund , examination, certification, etc. shall be exclusively subject to jurisdiction of courts in Kozhikode only.

User Accounts

- One account per student: Multiple accounts are not permitted.
- No sharing of login credentials: Students are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Password responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Course Access

- Course validity varies by course type and is specified at the time of enrollment
- Lifetime access may be offered for select courses, subject to terms
- Subscription-based access is available for certain programs with recurring fees.
- Please refer to the specific course details for access duration.

Device Limit

- Up to two (2) personal devices may be used, with only one active session at a time

Students often change phones or use both a phone and laptop.

DATA Privacy

G-TEC treats all the personal data obtained via Internet and G-TEC website as per G-TEC DATA Privacy Policy strictly and as per regulations set down for the protection of data collected from people visiting G-TEC website. The personal data that has possibly been known will be kept secret and privacy will be maintained and the information will be used exclusively for the purpose for which it was made known to G-TEC. The DATA will neither be made accessible to third parties nor transferred in any form or manner unless required by law.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in the following:

- Screen recording or capturing any course content without authorization.
- Downloading videos or content illegally.
- Sharing login credentials with others.
- Reselling, redistributing, or reproducing any course materials.
- Reverse engineering the app or website.
- Hacking, cheating, or attempting to bypass security measures.
- Piracy or unauthorized distribution of content.

*Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to: Videos, PDFs, Quizzes, Notes, Certificates
remain the exclusive property of G-TEC EDUCATION. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G-TEC EDUCATION shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.

Internet Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

A stable internet connection to access live classes and content.
Device compatibility with our platform requirements. We do not guarantee functionality on unsupported devices.

Suspension

G-TEC EDUCATION reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

- Creation of fake accounts or providing false information.
- Misuse of the platform or services.
- Abusive behavior toward instructors, staff, or other students.
- Copyright infringement or violation of intellectual property rights.

App Updates

We may update the app to improve features, fix bugs, or enhance security. Features may change without prior notice. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updates.

Force Majeure

G-TEC EDUCATION shall not be liable for any failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Internet outages or technical failures
- Government restrictions or regulations
- Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes, pandemics)

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of:

- India (for operations based in India)
- UAE (for GCC region operations and users)

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, India, or Dubai, UAE, as applicable.

No Warranty

The information and materials contained in this site including, graphics, links or other items are provided as on “As Is” and “As Available” basis by G-TEC which organized and tries to provide information accurately and expressly disclaims liability for error or omission in this information and materials. Limitation of Liability

In no event, G-TEC will be liable for any damage direct or indirect losses or expenses arising in connection with site or use thereof, inability to use by any person delay of operation or transaction, computer virus etc.
